Mixing
The uniform distribution of dirt particles in waste/process water is the basis for sustainable industrial water treatment.
The uniform mixing and homogenization of waste/process water is crucial in order to consistent water quality to save for further cleaning steps.
Since the degree of contamination in the production process can vary, we initially treat the waste water in large mixing tanks or storage tanks
This represents a consistent chemical dosage safe in the subsequent DAF process.
Optionally Can the water with oxygen-enriched become to promote biodegradation processes, which in turn increase subsequent flotation efficiency.
Strongly alkaline or acidic waste water is already neutralized during the mixing process — so this pretreatment step serves as preliminary neutralization if required.
